After a pretty violent wind storm my aluminum siding had pulled away from the side of the house and several sections of a dormer had been ripped off. I was having trouble finding a contractor who would contact me back and work on it due to the difficulty of aluminum siding. We initially asked Mike for an estimate to redo our attic from scratch to a finished second living area. He intently listened to what we would like to be done, voiced some of his professional concerns, and was completely honest through the entire estimate. My wife and I interviewed 4 contractors and after interviewing them, hired MLB Contracting. We are very happy that we did. We hired MLB Contracting to paint the entire interior of our three level townhouse, to replace the dining room floor and to replace the tile floor in one of our bathrooms. After discussing what we needed done, Mikhail promptly provided a written contract for us to sign. During the duration of the project, Mikhail promptly returned all our calls and texts. In addition, Mikhail immediately contacted us when he had questions and provided great suggestions when unexpected situations occurred. I want to mention that my wife and I lived approximately 1 hour from the condo when the work was being done. And at no time were we concerned that we could not check on the quality and progress of the work on a daily basis. In consideration of the distance involved, Mikhail had us do a walk through a few days before the work was completed. The reason was that he wanted us to check the work so that if we had any problems with it, he would be able to resolve them before calling the job done. Mikhail started and completed the job in a timely manner. Mikhail was professional, thorough, polite, hardworking and courteous. We stopped by several times during the project and every time we did, Mikhail and his crew were hard at work. We also want to mention that Mikhail’s crew was equally professional, thorough, polite, hardworking and courteous.
